HW 05 WW – Move Entire Rows of Carts with Ease

The HW 05 WW is designed to move loads up to 1,000 kg and can be configured specifically as a shopping cart tug/pusher—hence the “WW” designation. For this function, a custom hook is made to fit the type of cart being moved. This allows a single operator, using the remote control, to move an entire row of carts effortlessly. The remote lets the operator control the tug from the front of the line and position the carts precisely where needed.

Equipped with a 600W motor and differential drive, the HW 05 WW offers excellent maneuverability and smooth turning, making it powerful, agile, and designed for long distances.

Efficient Battery Performance

The HW 05 WW comes standard with lithium-ion batteries (24V/50Ah), ideal for longer distances and fast charging. This ensures the tug can be quickly redeployed during busy periods when many carts are needed. The battery condition meter provides an easy way to check the charge, and charging is done via an external charger and a standard 230V outlet. Once fully charged, the charger functions as a trickle charger, extending battery life to up to five years.
