This varies per type from 800 kg to as much as 3 tonnes.

The electric tug has an independent CE mark.

Can I also get the electric tractor in a different RAL colour?

Yes, this is an option. For an additional charge, we can produce the hood in your company colour, provided it is a RAL colour.

How long does the battery of an electric tractor last and how quickly can you charge it?

We understand that you don’t have time to worry about the battery of your electric tug. You just want it to work when you need it. That’s why we’ve designed our tractors to support you throughout your entire working day without interruption.

How long can you work on a full battery?
On average, a full battery will last 6 to 8 hours. That means you can get through your working day without any worries. How long the battery lasts exactly depends, of course, on how intensively you use the tug and how much weight you move.

And when it’s empty?
Don’t panic! Charging usually takes 6 to 8 hours. If you put the tug on the charger in the evening, it will be fully ready for use again the next morning.

Want to charge even faster?
If you opt for a lithium battery, you can reduce the charging time to a maximum of 3 hours. What’s more, you can charge it in between uses, for example during a break. This means you spend less time waiting and can use the tug productively throughout the day. Ideal if you have a busy working day and don’t want to waste any time!

With a Simply-Mover, you don’t have to worry about battery life or charging. You focus on your work, we make sure your tractor is ready when you need it.

All tractors are equipped with a battery condition meter that indicates how full the battery is and when it is time to charge. This means you will hardly ever be stuck with the tug.

How much weight can you move with an electric tractor?

One of the first questions we often get asked is: how much weight can an electric tug actually handle? This is logical, because you want to be sure that it will make your work easier. The answer depends on various factors, such as the surface, the type of wheels and the rolling resistance of the load.

What can you move with it?
Our electric tugs can move loads of up to 3,000 kg. Which model is best for your situation depends on the application. Are you dealing with heavy roll containers, carts or other loads? The smoother the wheels turn, the more efficiently the tug works and the easier it is for you to move without heavy effort. Our smallest model can move up to 800 kg.

What surface do you use?
The performance of a puller is greatly influenced by the surface. Do you work on a flat, hard floor such as concrete or epoxy? Then the puller will work optimally and you can move heavy loads without difficulty. On rougher surfaces such as asphalt or tiles, the pulling force may decrease slightly. Even on a slope, the puller can still function perfectly, but the maximum load may be slightly lower.

What does this mean for you?
The right tractor can make your work a lot easier and prevent physical strain. Would you like to know which model best suits your situation? Then please contact us. We are happy to help you find the right solution!

Can ourtug be adapted to your specific carts?

Yes, definitely! We understand that every working environment is different and that standard solutions do not always fit. That is why we can adapt our electric tugs to your specific trolleys and work processes.

Whether it concerns a special coupling or another adaptation, we ensure that the tug fits your situation perfectly. This allows you to benefit from less physical strain and a more efficient way of working without any hassle.

How does the tug improve ergonomics and reduce physical strain?

In many work environments, especially in logistics, manually moving heavy goods or pushing and pulling carts is a daily challenge. These repetitive actions can lead to physical complaints such as back, shoulder and knee problems, which can ultimately result in sick leave. This is where the electric tug comes in: a smart solution that not only improves ergonomics but also reduces physical strain.

The electric tug ensures that heavy trolleys can be moved effortlessly without employees having to exert themselves. Thanks to its automatic support, the tractor can do the heavy work, significantly reducing the physical strain on the employee. This has a direct impact on the employee’s health: the strain on joints, muscles and back is minimised, reducing the risk of long-term physical complaints.

How does the tractor help reduce physical complaints and absenteeism?

By integrating the puller into daily work activities, the risk of injuries and physical complaints is significantly reduced. Employees have to lift, push or pull less, which not only reduces the risk of acute injuries, but also prevents long-term wear and tear on the musculoskeletal system. In addition, reduced physical strain contributes to higher job satisfaction and less fatigue, which significantly reduces absenteeism due to physical complaints.

The use of the electric tug not only improves the ergonomics of the workplace, but also creates a healthier and more productive working environment. By reducing absenteeism and lowering the workload, a company can save costs in the long term. In short, an investment in ergonomic aids such as an electric tug is a win-win for both employee and employer.
