HW 05 – The Heavy-Duty Electric Tug for Loads up to 1,500 kg

The HW 05 is the bigger, more powerful sibling of the HW 03.5. Thanks to its extra weight and reinforced drive wheels, this tug can move loads of up to 1,500 kg. Despite its strength, the HW 05 remains compact and versatile, making it suitable for various applications, especially heavy-duty tasks. Its maximum towing capacity is achieved through a 600W motor with a differential drive for optimal maneuverability and smooth turning.

The HW 05 comes standard with GEL batteries (24V/42Ah) that fully recharge in about 8 hours. Depending on usage, some customers can operate the tug for up to a week on a single charge, while others achieve 2 to 3 days. A built-in battery condition meter makes it easy to check the charge level at any time.

Optional Lithium-Ion Power

For intensive use, the HW 05 can be fitted with lithium-ion batteries, which:

• Fully recharge in just 2–3 hours

• Support partial charging for continuous operation

• Last up to 5 years, with a trickle charger keeping the battery in peak condition

• Two speed settings – Optional turtle/hare switch (up to 6 km/h) for precise speed control

• Adjustable tiller head – Ensures ergonomic, comfortable handling for all operators
